Absolute Janitorial Services is a family-owned and operated business built on hard work, personal accountability, and long-term relationships. As a women-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned company, we take pride in offering dependable, high-quality cleaning services across Utah.

Our Story
Absolute Janitorial Services was founded by Leo Henderson, a Vietnam War veteran whose military service shaped the values behind our company. He believed in discipline, responsibility, and doing what’s right even when no one is watching.
He started the business with a simple goal — to provide dependable cleaning services and treat every client with respect. Over time, his work earned the trust of cities, businesses, and community leaders. Today, his daughter, Leesa, leads the company with the same standards he built it on. His legacy continues in the way we care for our clients, our employees, and the work we do.

We’re honored to be named one of Utah’s 100 Companies Championing Women, an award from the Governor’s Office that recognizes businesses creating real opportunities for women. From leadership to field work, we’re proud to support a team where women grow and thrive.
